Long time no see everyone.
I've had the worse Easter holidays ever. I was sick and my father was and still is in the hospital. I was planning to spend my time during the holidays to upload some artwork, update my tumblr blogs and just refresh things around here but...yeah...things happened.
Anyhow, a while ago I finished one of my school projects. I decided to use a part of the traditional Ælmirian lores and play around with it. I'm not completely satisfied with the results but I'm happy nevertheless. I'm still quite inexperienced at using Ecolines but they are a really fun medium to use so I hope I'll get better at it overtime.
The colours are really much much better in real life than what you see here which is a shame as it was probably one of the strongest points of the piece. It's a 3 A3-size paper comic that depicts the birth of the planet Ælmir from my series of stories under the name "Shadows of Ælmir". It is what they teach to their children of how their world was created. However, it's not entirely the way the actual lore is; I had to cut several parts to make it fit into 3 pages and due to practical reasons and for the sake of aesthetics I ended up adding a few things that are actually a paradox but hey...as long as it's pretty, that's what matters, right?
